Simodont user wins ‘Best VR-Haptic Practice Award’
Dr. Anabel Gramatges Rojas of Universidad Europea Valencia recently received the ‘Best VR-Haptic Practice Award’ for dental educators. Dr. Gramatges’ study project is aimed at pulpotomy training. The preliminary findings of this study suggest that for pulpotomy training, students using Simodont have improved motor skills, awareness and confidence. The award was announced during the 2024 VR-Haptic Thinkers Meetup that was held on 7 June 2024. To help grow knowledge and expertise on VR-Haptics, Simodont is sponsoring a range of dental education events including this Meetup.
